I don't know what your difficulty is here. Have I said anything obscure?

I think Divisive Cotton is referring to the constant criticisms/snipings from you about the march and towards anyone angry at Israel's actions etc. You never actually get to the point of what you think about what is going on (as far as I can see..)JHE said:I say again - what have I said that you find difficult to understand? Perhaps you'd like to quote the post or posts you find obscure.
The onslaught on Lebanon is horrific. Does anyone, even those who are fans of Israeli policy, not think that?X-77 said:I think Divisive Cotton is referring to the constant criticisms/snipings from you about the march and towards anyone angry at Israel's actions etc. You never actually get to the point of what you think about what is going on (as far as I can see..)
There was a picture of a dead child beneath the text, which is why I interpreted it the way I did.JHE said:Hmmm...
If the slogan had been 'We are all Lebanese', it would have been easier to accept your interpretation.
Sadly there were other (very clear) messages of support for Hezbollah at the demo, both from individuals on the march and from some speakers at the rally.JHE said:Still, you were there and if you think the slogan was not meant as a clear expression of support for Hezbollah, I expect you're right.![]()

apparently there was a group of Rabbis and they walked 3 hours from Hendon to get there (because it was the Sabbath they couldn't take public transport).TAE said:and apparently there was at least one rabbi on the march as well.
The same as that of the police, we ignored them. I spoke to a few other marchers and none of them seemed too happy about it. Mind you, there are always groups I fundamentally disagree with on such marches, and there is no point starting arguments or confrontations with everyone.JHE said:What was the response of the other people on the march and at the rally to the clear expressions of support for Hezbollah?

No, I didn't 'just' anything. I certainly did not 'march side by side in solidarity'.BAKU9 said:Right, so you just ignore the dodgy dvd's and the support for anti-working class organisations such as Hezbollox and march side by side in solidarity-classic.

Membership, support or fundraising for Hezzbollah is a criminal offence in the UK with sentences of up to 14 years. If the turnout was 20,000 an the slogan was true then the UK will need to build a lot more prison cells very quickly.BAKU9 said:The 'We Are All Hezbollah' placards were delightful.....![]()
So ... how many pro-hezbollah posters can you all see in those photos?editor said:

Have they? What are the details? I've not heard anything (unless you're referring to the demo outside the Labour conference in Sept which had been planned all along).mattkidd12 said:Stop the War have called for another demo. This one will stop the war, promise.
