Lauren Booth licks Iranian Arse

probably because pretty much a non story.

'Woman works for foreign media outlet' shocker

hold the front page

But it isn't the same as working for AFP or anyone like that its more akin to working for TASS in the days of the Cold War or the New China News Agency today. I've worked for foreign press many moons ago but I didn't feel that I was being a traitor probably because I didnt' work for dodgy agencies or publications (unless you count the Daily Mail and the Sun in that list). Working for a government that has as its stated aim of destroying another democratic nation in the region and which sponsors terrorism against civilians and is a supporter of clerical fascism is extremely dodgy and naive.

So you talk out of your arse in fact.

There is only a few in Government that is hard line, I have dealt with the Iranian Government and the amount of hate for the croneyism that goes on by a select few is amazing.

A bit like all Governments really.

I agree that the main problems with Iran is caused by the Government there.

The Iranians deserve much much better.

What, a bit like Israel? ;)

Well we'll have to agree to disagree on that one. LOL. :)

Supplied loyalist paramilitaries with weapons. Worked with and was a senior international trading partner with the apartheid regime in South Africa. I'd say your remarks fitted Israel perfectly. But hey why let facts get in the way of your frothing hysterics.

zachor, when the people you find yourself agreeing with are people like "fiery spirited zionist" don't you think there might be something wrong with your views? you need to seriosuly think about what you're saying and supporting here mate.

I only needed to change a couple of words around :(

So in reality you "tempering" off your foul accusations now.

You come across the same as Rachamim, twisted, bigoted rascist zionist cunt, just not as clever.

Zachor, don't you think there might be something wrong with your views if people like the blog you just linked to support your opinions?

Hey but at least I'm not working for the Iranian Govt.

Hey but at least I've got a brain.

It was actually at a copper mine/smelter but I had to deal with Government as they pay the bill, everything like that is nationalised in Iran.

It pays extremely well as well......

Its the fact that Iranian entities are state owned that makes it such a worry for exporters from the UK. what may seem an innocent manufacturing entity is probably diverting goods to end up in missles lobbed at Israel or for terrorism elsewhere.

I hope you made sure that you complied with the relevant laws for UK exports for Iran. Otherwise you might be looking at some time at HM Pleasure. ;)

I don't have a problem with breaking UK/US sanctions personally, as long as what's exported is for peaceful and humanitarian purposes.

I recall that some folk did this sort of work in Iraq up to the beginning of the invasion and an associate of mine organises shipments of medical aid and so on to the Palestinians.

Good on them for taking humanitarian action, especially when it breaks UK/US sanctions.

I don't have a problem with humanitarian aid what I do have a problem with is technology that is considered Dual Use.

Oh don't be so fucking dense.

You actually haven't got a clue.

You actually haven't got a clue.

Wanna bet? I deal with the Iranians every day and I know just how fucking tricksey they are trying to get stuff they shouldn't have.

I'm saying no more than that on open board as I don't want to contravene certain laws that date from before the first world war :p

They can't even get fucking painkillers in Iran, why shouldn't they get stuff they aren't supposed to?

the fucking sanctions cover a shit load more stuff than your "dual purpose" comment.

Idiot.

Blimey. I actually made the mistake of clicking on Zachor's link, foolishly reading this thread from the start.

When people start using sources like that to justify their opinions, you've really got to worry. Fucking unpleasant Zachor

I thought that was what people like you were for, to make sure this doesn't happen, that "dual-use" equipment and materiel isn't exported?

You're becoming a fucking hysteric.

Like I said I used the wrong source.

Mind you you can find equally disgusting stuff from the opposite side with wanky fascistic Islamists droning on about 'kaffirs'.

You don't have to be in an open war situation to be worried about hostile powers.

"Hostile power" is politico-military terminology for an enemy power that has declared war on you, or that you have declared war on. It doesn't apply, and shouldn't be applied to people you have political and diplomatic disagreements with.

Why are you reading that source in the first place. Is it a Langham style 'research' defence?

Pointing out that equally unpleasant articles exist on other websites doesn't suddenly give me a urge to start reading Stormfront to equalise the score, let alone carelessly link to them 'by accident.' Worries me that you've reading material and sources that you think are acceptable, and sources that you'd rather hide when visitors pop round.
