nah. that's an ancient end scene - been used in endless movies, programmes, comedy vids etc. More a question of who Babylon 5 nicked it from

correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't that actually on The Late Show or something? you mean the one when the power shut off, and Ian Brown wanders off shouting "amateurs!"... definitely not TOTP...

in fact, more interesting than anything I ever saw on TOTP, with the possible exception of New Order freakin everyone with Barney's Bez-copy dance to 'fine time' in 1989... people were buzzin on that for days

Pity they couldn't keep it on the back burner for Xmas day specials instead of axeing it completely. Whilst the whole programme was getting tired, it could still occasionally put a warm grin on my face (e.g. Gnarls Barkley's Freddie Laker tribute)...
