Rastaman Ian Taylor died in 2019 whilst being detained by Lambeth police on Coldharbour Lane. Whilst in the back of a police car he suffered an acute Asthma attack and pleaded to be taken to hospital. The officers mocked his desperate pleas to be taken to hospital.
Tragically Ian’s last words were ‘I can’t breathe’ and the police officers there to supposedly protect and serve, laughed and mocked him as he took his last breath.
