nah...I haven't heard it, not really up on Cale, I just know the Branca was responsible for one of the most incredible performances I have seen...really shook me to the core

I've got the excellent Fear, and I used to have The Academy in Peril about 20 years ago. What else? Vintage Violence? Paris 1919?

The thing with him is that each album seems to be a contrary reaction to the last, so stylistically he's hard to get a handle on.

What's Church Of Anthrax like? Quite drone-y, I expect...

sigh- but don't expect too much now, since high praise always ruins perfectly good albums because you now expect something of super-ultra-lifechanging proportions ( ) and that just won't happen but don't get me wrong,-
it's a beauty and a lovely album nevertheless...
