You know what, I saw them in Brixton academy about 4 years ago and they were brilliant live. Haven't heard the new stuff.

Black Crowes, now they were really shite.

The worst thing about the Black Crowes is that I think one of their albums is superb. The Southern Harmony And Musical Companion. Really really good blues rock. But everything else before and after is awful Virgin Radio crap for bankers.

only just listened to the new album as ive been in the south of france all summer.
now i'd read the occasional sun/sport that you can get down there and they were all in love with the kings of leon, despite them have not heard of them half a year ago. so i feared the worse of this new album

i was right, boring, as a dull as coldplay, where has the rock and roll gone?
im not into nme or indie anymore.... but i have always liked the libs, the strokes and kings of leon, everyone else is just mediorce generic now substance rock. kings of are now in that category.

beacuse of the times was pretty good, my party being standout, but the previous two albums were good and rocky and fun.

anyway, least they'll make some money now they are the new REM stadium pop band

What most other people said. First album was decent enough, the rest progressively less so, and his whiney, nasally voice *really* starts to grate after a while.
