Fuck me I'm middle class. Except I'm sure I wouldn't be able to afford a packet of nuts in either place, so I'm not sure where that puts me.

i was just joking about the pub bit - i think the pub is purely there to tick the box of 'engaging the community interests of local resident' or some such.
this design is a bit like when you ask a kid to design their house - a kid who recognises the importance of 2 watering holes mind!
