Who in their right mind would go to a club where you are expected to win like the top 4 from the third or fourth game your in charge with a squad someone else bought and you know very little about.

If you want better managers you need to show that you are willing to support them. You might have to suffer relegation this year to pop the big club ego that the supporters have. Its a well supported club that deserves better but its a victim of the fans own self importance.
