Kate's up the duff again

Salmond is keen on the royals, I think, and wants an independent Scotland to be able to borrow them, in the manner of Canada and Australia. So voting Yes is no guarantee of baby-free news North of the border, sorry.

Anyway, congratulations to everyone with functioning reproductive systems, I guess.

surely not everyone. you're not including the foul windsor klan in that, are you?

All seems a bit silly. If No now win, the child will be remembered as the one kept the UK together which is probably not going to be looked on favourably in Scottish folklore. If its a Yes, then the child will be remembered as being about as influential as the Daily Mail.

The Union of the Crowns is different from the U. of the Parliaments, so we're stuck with the monarchy for now. Still, one thing at a time, eh?

Eventually we'll build a guillotine or something.

Do what Italy did in 1946: "The new republican constitution was released together with a group of minor dispositions, the 13th of which prescribed that the male members of the House of Savoy must stay in perpetual exile."

That bastard Berlusconi let the scum back in.

House of Glucksburg are still banned from Greece, though, right?

So, little mildred is on the way. If nothing else, a welcome distraction from the election.
