MG & Milesy in action
fit as, but shite music
The song's complete rubbish. I know nothing else*.
*About Nash. Watch it...
Virtually nobody on this page has the faintest effing clue what the hell it is that they're faintly talking about. We should just delete it and move swiftly onto page 5 where, possibly, Kate herself might make an appearance to explain in no uncertain terms exactly how great she is.
yes 'fucking' wank . . .
maybe if she gets her faff out I'll be convinced
i like kate nash, her music is so stupid its really good it a strange way, like really why would you write a song about mouth wash really! stupid strange but really good =]
I hear Marie Lloyd is making a come back.
Regina Spektor is much better, better, better better
J'adore Regina Spektor.
I know someone who went to school with her, he said that what you see is what you get with her.
I agree with White Trash, I like her because her lyrics are just funny. I like them the same way I like SOAD's lyrics, they're just sort of, off the cuff, although in a totally different way.
Unfortunately, if you go on a bus around Birmingham you will still hear UK Garage coming out of some arsehole's mobile phone.
I wasn't keen on Kate Nash until I saw her on some live TV show bashing out 'Mouthwash' on a keyboard with a lively band backing her. She was good.
The song's kinda good too: sort of quirky without sounding forced.
Not as good as Regina Spektor, mind, but still a fine little pop song with interesting lyrics.
That unbearable, squeaky, whining sound is I and Kate LOLing@you.
Hello. This thread appears to make no sense.
She's on This Week talking about sexism
i think she's on 'this week' tonight
what's she sayin then? i want her fringe
She has experienced sexism in the music industry, and it is bad
whats wrong with it? I don't think this is that bad.
so she isn't that articulate. she is giving it a go.
what's wrong with saying that?
i bet you wrote her off as soon as you saw she was on it.
To be honest I'm just a little confused as to why she's on. A couple of vaguley interesting points raised, but it was a very odd "sexism is still bad" feature and related to nothing in the news
Nowt's wrong with it, just didn't see much point in it.
Like I said above, there didn't seem to be any great insight made, and it didn't seem particularly topical either.
Do you watch the daily politics? Almost any program that involves Andrew Neil seems to be terribly confused about what it is supposed to be. Bill Bailey was on it the other week talking about something random.
She probably has something to promote, just like the other guests on there. She doesn't have to go on a program like that. She could probably just stick to doing Buzzcocks and all the other promotional circuit.
I don't think she came across badly. To be honest, I am kind of impressed that she even tried at all.
