i just tried to type 'Alan' and it came out as 'Slam'! Its a sign, he's watching.

meh, i had to type alan at work loads yesterday, and kept typing anal. there's forces at work that we can't possibly understand.

tax, you nob!

you're like mark lawson with asperger's!

you misunderstood 'the warriors', you compare blaggers with pwei, you diss alan moore (and then try and pass the buck on)...

<shakes head in woe>

of course, there's always going to be some exceptions to the rule.

we'll have to put that down to apalling taste. :)

<pats killer b on head>

killer b agrees with taxamo

therefore killer b+taxamo=idiotx2

I think PWEI are a crock of shite, but I also think tax is an idiot. Where do I stand, o great scientist? :confused:

i like pwei and go back to 1986 with them - first saw them on tour with loop in autumn 1986, circa poppies say grrr. kept with them all the way to that huge show in birmingham. they're a great band, but of their time i think. don't forget rock/rap was in its infancy back then and a lot of box frenzy probably does sound a little naive and cackhanded to someone listening with 2005 sensibilities. i happen to like that, but i can understand where the op is coming from.

can i be any more even-minded? shoot me now.

i don't think i've ever heard a band that fuses rap & rock well though - the form itself is inherently shite, pwei being only one of it's number...

not a fan of rage against the machine then?

i have to say, i have a soft spot for nu-metal. not linkin park or any of the sanitised rubbish, but korn and limp bizkit definitely had their moments. i even quite liked 'last resort' by papa roach. but i think that one's worn off thankfully.
