if the aim is ultra-healthiness - the veggies is where it's at. I have two recipes really. Carrot/fennel/celery - perhaps with a bit of ginger. This is really quite palatable (carrots provide a fair bit of sweetness). You can always add some apple if you wish. For hardcore healthiness, juice the really green stuff like spinach or cale. I advise downing in one. medicinal!
