I don't think it would have required a huge amount of insight into the condition. I doubt they had to spend years living undercover on a psychiatric ward as research or anything. You just have to know that bipolar disorder is a thing and that lithium is a (pretty controversial) treatment for it.

What is controversial about lithium? it is one of the more successful medications for bipolar.

Presumably either the rest of your job is really hard or your employer doesn't undertstand it. Fwiw the social media part of my job is pretty easy compared to the rest, but that doesn't mean it's eazy, easy is a relative term. The hardest job I ever did was work on a trawler, but I couldn't compare the two.

What the Social Media bods do where I work isn't hard. They flap around and make lots of noise and try to make it sound hard. But it's not hard.
