Ah... just come back to this thread and it looks like its not gone well. Apols if ive offended anyone, it was partially tongue in cheek.

I'd hope tarranau wasn't referring to me anyway in that wee rant. Certainly not a property developer and never ranted about anyone workin in pubs.

Anyway. such is life. I stand by my assertion that the little dick (barton) is a cunt but yeh, as i say the rest was ill-advised. the internet aint great for conveying my distorted sense of humour sometimes..

There was a fellow pro (can't remember who it was) who, after Keane and Al had had words on the pitch a few years back, would've backed Shearer against the Corkster in a tussle; high praise indeed.

Not that these things are provable or even matter but.

he will be a cut price bargain, particularly if newcastle go down - one of the promoted clubs would have him, brum, wolves or whoever goes up via the play offs
 
dpends on his wages as well. Doubt any of those 3 will p[ay him 40/50/60k a week.

But Pompey and Bolton were after him in January and Kinnear fought them off. Shocking stuff, the guy is beyond redemption, I think. Having said that, Lee Bowyer has been quiet a few years now. Quiet and completely shit.
