Jeans. you wear them how long?

I think they self - clean like those wooly jumpers that fishermen wear :)

I'm going to try and find some hemp jeans - maybe they'll last a long time (original denim was hemp IFAIK).

About every 3 weeks. Everytime you wash them they go all stiff and hard. Takes about a week of wearing to get them comfy and bendy again. Those of you who wear and wash are missing out on untold comfyness.

don't they start to sag though? mine eventually become baggy.
this is an issue i have, tbh - i find the perfect jean fit is when they've been worn for 3 or 4 days - much longer than that and they start to feel a bit too loose & baggy. washing them seems to 'tighten up' the weave, iyswim.

i'm also concerned that unwashed jeans may not be compatible with baby vomit... :D

I'm definately in the wash jeans very rarely camp, particularly new pairs (at least a 4-6 month run in). Good quality denim doesn't go baggy or any of that stuff. Washing 'em too often shortens the lifespan and the spoils the fit.
