JD Vance's time is up

You have to wonder at the thought processes these creatures go through. When the whole world seems to hate you and makes it very clear, (Vance has had protests on all of his many holidays since January. What the fuck does he actually do apart from annoy the heck out of people?), any thoughtful person might seem to realise that they are not liked and maybe they should change course. But these aren't "normal" people for want of a better word. They are unfeeling monsters. A bit of introspection wouldn't go amiss.

I'll bet this place will be booked up for the foreseeable, I'd certainly eat there if I were in the vicinity

Fairly childish of the staff imo.

And they missed an opportunity to upgrade his dinner with bodily fluids or floor food.

This was spotted on the notice board where the pub is. :D

Oh dear. How sad. Never mind.

While they're at it investigate his numerous holidays since January, that the taxpayer has had to fork out money for, including us for his security. I doubt anything will come of it, but it will be on his record that he was investigated.

Why is it childish to have principles?

Would you let one of your properties to a bigoted liar, Mr Tory landlord?

It's not the principles that are the issue.

It's childish how they were applied. If they were willing to risk their jobs why did they not take the opportunity to question Vance's politics to his face?

And the answer to your second question - first, it depends on my judgement of if they will pay and care for the property....second, it would be depend on the nature of the lies they'd told.

What would be the point of that? Do you seriously think Vance is going to change his tune of enabling fascists and nonces because some British workers get into a verbal with him? No. Vance did not get where he is now by a process of reason.

It's much more effective to just run the dead-eyed sofa fucker out of the place. It's a waste of time to attempt to argue with the kind of scum that John Brown would have shot.

Yeah, sure Vance would sit down and have a natter with them.

And as long as the tenants pay and are cautious about their leanings, you're alright with taking their cash.

They'll never know though will they?

Given a once in a lifetime chance to stand up for their principles they collectively chose to all have an ickle tantrum and walk out.

I once shared an enjoyable evening with John McDonnell on holiday even though I find his politics rather distasteful. It's what the grown ups do.

They chose not to serve a racist shit.

You choose not to boycott the US, nor reject bigots if you can rent your property to them.

It's fairly obvious who the adults are.

They did stand up for their principles. Actions speak louder than words.

Vance is a political fucktoy for that billionaire vampire cunt Peter Thiel. You're delusional if you think ordinary working people are going to convince Vance to be otherwise through dialogue. Vance has banked his entire career on licking the oligarch boot stomping the faces of the proles.

You spent an evening with McDonnell, but did you change his mind? Of course you fucking didn't.

So the staff are childish for taking a principled stance but you're the adult who thinks the chance of pissing/jerking off into vance's food was a missed opportunity?

Who do you think looks the more mature here? Clue: It's not you.

John McDonnell is nothing like Vance. 🙄

His thinking might not be, but I suspect that dear John is just as intractable on his own ideas.

Look up 'pragmatic' in the dictionary.

It only takes one seed of doubt to be laid by the right words.

Look up 'humour' and 'comprehension' in the dictionary.

Of course, there is a rumbling ground swell that the story is a grift anyway.

If I had been working in one of those hospitality places I am very good at doing a theatrical accidental trip, which I would have employed when carrying any food or drink to Vance.
Anybody remember the book ‘Playpower’?

Wonder if Del noticed his drink tasted a bit pissy that night.
