But as both of these are photoshop manips rather than photos and this is a photo competition not a photoshop competition then i don't feel able to award these as votes.

As I said in my post, all I 'manipulated' in them is the curves, and did a tiny amount of dodging and burning. Since when has there been a rule against that?

To me they look photoshopped, ie the hands are pasted or layered, same with the faces on the other

cool on the multiple flash, I've tried it a few times but it still takes layers for me to do it properly.
