leave them out for a while and they'll go hard and stale. That's cake that is.

I've deleted my earlier post. Jaffa cakes are so cuh, so mainstream, so a-packet-in-every-home, that I don't even feel they're worth talking about.

we got a bag of mini fake ones from Lidl that were actually quite nice....the (smashing) orangey bit covered all of the cakey bit which is proibably why they were more acceptable to me...

they're so dry and the choc isn't nice and the orange jelly is alright but theyr'e so dry and boring.
