My dad's did. His last day was his only 'not mentally with it' day. But it was horrible.

i think her publicist had knowledge of the cancer for two weeks previous (she got tested innit) - and chose the most approriate time to tell her.
ie. on the tube.
it's been in the papers in India for as long as it has here, they don't have to deliver news by sailing boat any more.

That actually is a conspiracy theory. It would require the hospital to tell her publicist rather than telling her.
