Jackass Number Two:Is Hollywood finally dead?

hans moleman - man gets hit in groin with football

I recently watched the most recent jackass film at home with some friends after being in the pub for a bit. Good basic funny stuff

A dwarf was pointlessly chased around the streets by a short fat man. A chair was slung by elastic bands with the aim of propelling a guy into a swamp but it didn't work. A gurning idiot had the letters 'jackass' stapled onto his arse and a bloke in a gorilla suit ran around to limited comedy effect.

This makes me giggle :D

I'm not sure which Jackass film it was where they put Bam in a truck with snakes, but I loved that bit. For some reason a very scared, phobic Bam is almost unbearably cute.

Jackass is so early 2000's. I"m American and I didn't even know they existed anymore.

don't blame us for your own bad choices about what movies to watch.

oh, ok. that makes more sense, editor.

ooh, and also that this thread was from 2006.

must learn to pay attention to details :)

I particularly liked the 'Riot Control Test' where, for some reason best known to themselves, they opted to stand in front of a Stingmore mine that's normally used to protect American embassies from rioting mobs:

Quite why anyone would do this is beyond me, I have to say.

Hehe.
Aw, Bam's crying again?

I just couldn't be their mum or girlfriend. But watching them on TV is ace.

The terrorist taxi skit at the end of Jackass 2 has to be one of the most epic pranks ever pulled :D

My last memory of watching jackass was on mushies....... the comedic effect was somewhat lost at that moment in time to say the least.

I did like the gumball rally ones they did though.

I really wanted to be entertained - I was back from the pub so definitely in the target demographic - but it simply wasn't as funny as the description might suggest.

You're about 30 years older than it's target demographic to be fair...

The guy in the gorilla suit was Brad Pitt in one of the episodes wasn't it?

They also did a sketch with him in which he stood at a bus stop and they pulled up in a minivan, bundled him in and screeched away :D
