From reading the op I think this is more that a company she has been working alongside have liked her work and wanted to poach her rather than a headhunting company getting in on the act so I don't think that's a concern in this case.

Im currently a facilities manager within a large company- the building we rent space from is undergoing a complete refurb and their buildings manager has resigned.....Ive been dealing with the contractors on site and the landlords for the past two years, so they know me pretty well , But bloody hell i didnt see this coming

I went and had an Interview in Bristol today with the Asset Manager I left feeling that i had not put myself over well enuff and that id been too honest about the parts of the job i was not expreienced in.......
