I sent my complaint to he general manager yesterday and have received a short response saying: "I have received your complaint and will fully investigate and get back to you. Rest assured that **** does not stand for behaviour of the sort that you describe.". I forgot to ask for a response within a time frame. What’s reasonable?
We don’t need another Australian debate, wasn’t there quite a large thread on this not long ago? Not all white Australians are racist, I used to go out with a white Australian woman and I have white Australian friends. However there is a racism problem in some parts of Australia. Can we leave it at that for now?
Rocket- I don’t know if this club is part of a chain. However it is a HUGE place and would be a very large business in itself. I'm sure the general manager has a large enough sense of responsibility here to take this seriously. I'll go higher up (If there is a higher up) if this doesn’t work.

E-coli- I doubt a boycott, even if it included some sexy girls: would worry the club too much. Its a really really big place and there are people queuing to get in all night.
