thats part of the problem romania and others have encouraged the roma to flee to italy (its not ethnic cleansing if they go of there own accord and who would stay given the choice)

Despite passers-by (going about their business on a daily basis) no-one says “peep” about maggot-infested untouchables lying dead in the streets and rotting dead babies being devoured by magpies or floating down the Ganges, yet there’s a whole lot of “Ohhh!” and “Ahhh!” about the fantastic wonders of India.

It doesn't excuse what appears (from the photo) to be morbid nonchalance but it makes me wonder just how righteous the media really is. Anyway, the photo is only that: a photo. There is no explanation as to how the two bodies got there nor how long they and the “sunbathers” were in proximity. I do not believe that two sunbathers pitched up on the beach, saw those bodies and decided it was perfect spot to “sun”. There must be another explanation. There simply must - if only because I have much more faith in humanity than to believe the worst.

You don't explain yourself very well. Indeed, anyone reading your post would conclude that the Roma "deserve what they get" from the Italian government. Furthermore, there is already a sizeable Roma population in Italy, are you suggesting that they should be "expelled"?

E2A: I take it you know the history of the Roma in Romania (or Wallachia as it was once called)?

Yep, it's as if certain ethnic groups are genetically pre-disposed to certain types of behaviour. One wonders if he sees blacks as genetically pre-disposed to crime as well?
