I can't imagine any Lebanese citizen, being interviewed about the loss of their house, expressing much sympathy for any Israeli suffering.

He does that occasionally. He made such an insinuation (backed with no evidence) at me when "the Merchant of Venice" got mentioned on the thread. I believe his words were "Ah, Shylock, so now I know were you're coming from".
When challenged as to whether he was insinuating anti-Semitism he (unsurprisingly, because he's notorious at being unable to prove his assertions except with claims that he's "got some papers at home that I don't have access to right now") kept shtum.

By the way, as points regarding Rachamim's lack of probity have been raised, you can expect him to write a screed decrying those who derail threads, but containing his usual complete lack of self-awareness that he's an offender.
