Uh-oh.

Just to clarify, very few decent road bikes will come with aluminium forks, but I'd strongly advise you to avoid those that do. It seems to be the cheapest, but the entry level Trek/Specialized etc will be carbon.

I reckon you may want to give a few a go to see for yourself.

I wouldn't buy a bike without testing it . That would be stoopid !

Personally I don't think the Focus Cayo can be beat for value.

I have ridden both the focus and the Specialized...focus beats it hands down.

ooh, any photos?

I will go take some now, just finished my first ride on it, last time i did that route my average was a poxy 13.6mph, this time it was a slightly sickly 15.2 mph and that was without knowing how to use the thing properly. Equalled my top speed record of 42mph and this time it was measured by GPS!
