I don't think they're going to let me put it on the company website and they're very anti downloading things, but what if I were to host it on my own website? I own www.cooktocook.co.uk, for example, could I just stick it up on a page on that URL if you gave me the source code?

I can't get onto that for some reason, but most hosting has PHP these days - if you run Wordpress for instance you have PHP. Just save the one that I linked to that ends with .phps, rename it to end in .php, and upload it there somewhere.
