Is there a program that can do this with Youtube vids?

Say you've compiled a great list of tunes on Youtube and you'd like to create a playlist and leave it to run, in fullscreen, one after the other without having to select the next vid and click play. Something like a personalised MTV.

Is there a program that can do this? Or can it be done within a browser even?

...also I don't know if you could or couldn't make a m3u playlist file for a local folder if you fancied..I suspect you can/could.
