Is there a Henry Moore sculpture somewhere in Stockwell?

They have also in the past few weeks added balls around the outside, the only reason I can think of them doing this is to waste a bit of money that Southwark had left in their budget for this years financial end.

I saw the fountain at lambeth college today, it is working and it is lovely. not sure bout kinetics but it does look good and suits the 70's style college buildings. Forgot my camers but will post a photo when i to back in 2 weeks.
