Nutkins is a veteran dolphin owner and handler who had his fingers in innumerable business pies. Employed by Pleasurama as their Assistant General Manager, he was instrumental in founding the London Dolphinarium and its aquamaids revue in 1971. From 1970 to 1983 Nutkins was also General Manager of four Trust Houses Forte dolphinaria which lost at least 12 dolphins during his tenure.

Very interesting post here about Terry Nutkins bringing dolphins to a Welsh swimming pool for a week. According to the person in the link the dolphins were actually carried through the foyer, something that would have caused them immense stress. It makes me furious, carrying dolphins around and dumping them in a swimming pool for a few days to entertain people. I wonder how long before the poor things died?
