I do like a bit of Blue Vinny on a knob every now and then. That's good cheese.

Red Leicester is localish and fairly easy to get hold of good quality stuff. I do prefer mouldy cheese though, so the local Stilton beats the Leicester hands down.

I had some Red Leicester a couple of weeks ago and remember thinking how rank it was -- but I was assuming it was just because it was Tesco's el cheapo plastic version, like you said.

Scrumpy Sussex is a cheese I remember liking but I've never really seen it outside Sussex.
