You see, the garden absolutely stinks of shit due to the fact that some animal keeps coming and shitting in it every morning. Dunno if it's a cat or a fox or what. Constantly getting rid of the shit, but then more keeps showing up...

I'm considering putting poison down, or waiting by the window with an airgun... is this unethical, or even illegal?

What else should I do though? I'm not putting up with it any longer; I'm sick and tired of it. It's just as offensive as a human being climbing over my wall and taking their daily dump there, except in that case I could at least arrest them and make sure they didn't come back...

Get a watergun, put red dye in it, and give it a shot once. The dye will come off, but it will make the owners do a bit of thinking.
