Is it possible to quantize an entire bpm-changing tune?

Ive got an mp3 copy of this one old house tune from 1987 - its been remastered in 2013. Thats the verison Ive got.
Turns out the bpm gradually changes within it from about 118bpm, to maybe 121bpm.
Either when they remastered it they did so on a record player that wasnt turning regularly, or more likely when it was made on a budget in 1987 some process warped the tempo. It was probably mastered to cassette tbh.

My question is, is there a bit of software that will just quantize the whole tune at the press of a button? Say to its average tempo of 119BPM?
Maybe Ableton (which ive never used)?

Its really annoying me as its a bad tune but its impossible to mix in properly as it keeps going out of time...

beaten...its too hard...version 10 does nothing that it says in that video / learning a new bit of software is just too hard for me

You need to set the grid in ableton in sections as it changes. Why not leave it as it’s supposed to be though :)
i can barely even make it play. i think im too old to learn new things without someone holding my hand through it

got it
ive been trying to record an old acid/80s house mix for about a month now and its hard going - so many tunes have issues - weird non 4/8/16 arrangements and short/no intro for mixing being the most common problem, all of which can be gotten around with practice and planning, but this tune is on another level of problem - or was! And I really want to play it more... Sounds great in a long mix
thanks so much
