Iron Maiden....

I was never a fan and thought it was all just a bit silly (preferred Zep - no irony there.. ) but they played at the Leeds Festival about 20 years ago and my mate wanted to see them. I went along with no expectations but, bugger me, before I knew it I was making the sign of the devil and singing along with gusto. Quite an experience - esp. the Spinal Tap like revolving demon heads with smoke pouring out of their mouths and wee Bruce Dickinson running here there and everywhere 😎

Massive fan. I grew up with them. Saw them at the Liverpool Empire on the Somewhere In Time tour. At one point the crowd started chanting ‘Maiden! Maiden!’ And the band kind of stopped to soak it all in (it was a Kop level of chanting). Listening to Maiden really influenced me as a drummer (i always thought Clive Burr was better).

I don't have enough words to convey my love of Maiden ❤️
They have filled so many nights of mine and Mr S's life. we have literally spent 10s of thousands of pounds on our love and dedication to them, we have followed them all over the world, planned birthdays, holidays and even weddings around them. I have not regretted a single pound or moment of it all.
Thank you Steve and the lads...up the Irons! 🤘💋

. . . I even got to tell him that the “Seventh Son…” album was playing in the background when I lost my virginity :D
Umm! . . . So, like Amy Farrah Fowler has to do with Sheldon in TBBT . . . Umm! Maybe you're getting to a point where "sharing" isn't so good . . . just a thought

So random, I watched this on Sunday. Couldn't believe the amount of guitarists/drummers/singers they've been through :D

Steve Harris is quite the mild and unassuming guy. Not at all how I'd have imagined.
Steve is lovely always takes time to talk and sign things...beautiful soul.
No egos amongst any of them....refreshingly down to earth lads.
