that means (if u = 0) t = v/a = 3 x 10^8 / 10 (approx) = 3 x 10^7 seconds = 347 days. I doubt you would want to do much more 1g for that length of time, though with exercise to build up muscle tone you could probably build up the number of g gradually and reduce the time a bit.
