Indian recipe involving cabbage?

Here's a South Indian one we have often:

1/2 small cabbage, shredded (+/- 2 cups)
2 Tbsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1Tbsp tamarind extract
Salt and chilli (to taste)
vegetable or chicken stock, as required

Fry seeds in a bit of ghee until they begin to "pop"
Add garlic and ginger, stirring constantly
Add onion and fry until transluscent
Add cabbage and fry for a few minutes
Add remaining spices and a small amount of stock
Reduce heat and cook, covered, until the desired "doneness" of the cabbage is achieved, adding more stock if necessary.

Serves two, with other dishes.
