In Praise of Tunnock's Caramel Wafers

The dark chocolate ones are yummy.

I think they're made in an industrial estate in Uddingston. Sorry.

I don't think I've ever seen dark chocolate ones. Watching the video (and another one too) there seem to lots of stuff they make that I've never seen on sale in England. :(

I think you can get the dark chocolate tea cakes and wafers in pound land.
I saw them in one near me when Mogden suggested I tried there as a source of caramel logs which I have only just discovered.

I have yet to try the dark chocolate ones but being a dark choc fan and lover of all things Tunnocks I can hardly contain my joy :D

The dark chocolate Tunnocks are also usually available at Morrisons and Waitrose. Have a look at www.mysupermarket.co.uk for more info. Not that I'm a food shopping geek or anything.

Every lunchtime at school in Saudi Arabia, there would be a stampede to buy 'wahad kara-mel-la' (one tunnocks caramel bar) and a bottle of RC cola from the school shop. All for 20p.
