No, I've looked quite hard...
I should receive the actual album soon, but I doubt that'll have it. If it does and there's still a need I shall post it up.

Good mix isn't it :)

Just got the CD, no tracklisting I'm afraid.
There's one for the Filastine mix, but that's not much use!

Finally! A tracklist for the Secret Google Cheat Codes mix.
The tune that I am most excited about is the Joanna Newsom remix.
It turns out it's by some Finnish dude(tte)(s) called Clouds. Up on their Myspazz [here], but I wonder where to buy it....

Thanks for bumping this thread, I loves me a bit of Rupture but this mix had completely passed me by...off to add it to my wishlist.

I still remember the first time I saw him, at Sonar, on the Friday, in the daytime. It was about 4pm, I was completely straight. My friend dragged me to see this person I'd never heard of, saying "he's amazing, he's amazing..." It took about 5 minutes of Rupture playing to get me raving my tits off. Everyone in the hall was going crazy. Then afterwards we all walked back outside and it was lovely and sunny and peaceful...I just thought "WTF was that all about?" (but in a good way). My head felt like it had had all the shadows knocked out. Top dude!

A pleasure to bump. He is playing the next Bangface... he alone makes it worth going to. He's just awesomely talented.

BUMP AGAIN, because he's got a new mix album out.
Uproot.
Fucking awesome. He's shed the breakcore :( but he's still blending the surprising sounds together with unbearable proficiency and joie de vivre.
Like everyone else he's been influenced by the dubstep vibes, and this album is relatively downtempo and bass heavy, but fucking hell it's as good as I've come to expect from him, and it's a real pleasure.
I can't really stop listening to it, thankfully I've been focused on making my Urban Soundclash 2 mix, or I'd have listened to nothing else for a week I reckon.
Breath of fresh air in an otherwise uninspiring autumn.
It's properly good.
I'm not going to pretend I'm not disappointed it's not more breakcorey, but that style's died anyway (apparently) and Rupture knows how to ride the wave of quality.

Yes! Uproot is a fantastic album - I've listened to little else this week either...

The breakcore has gone as you say but this mix has still had the whole family rockin' out like motherfuckers in the living room!

"I gave you all my love but all you caused was pain" - cue sick bassline business. My favourite bit of the mix! :D

Yeah, that bit is turbo-sweet!
He's so damn good

I'm so gonna grab this

bit gutted he's gone dubstep like, I mean, the older stuff was breakcore, but it was before it was called breakcore iyswim, he was more just mashing up jungle with dancehall and hardcore. it felt like it was kind of his invention rather than any particular style

i'm still expecting it to be amazing like

did he do any more artist stuff after the Special Gunpwder eps?

special gunpowder ep's? i've got the album (and it is fucking amazing) but gets a weird clicking on it for the last 3 tracks :(

anyone know which album has his "can't touch this" mashup?

After Special Gunpowder he did
-Low Income Tomorrowland (mix)
-some Soot records Tour EP (mashups)
-Shotgun Wedding Volume 6 split mix (mashups, similar to the above).
umm, yeah. Not sure what else. Some turntable+guitar improv album with Andy Moor of the Ex, which is kind of artisty.

I think the can't Touch This mash is on Gold Teeth Thief.

It's not actually dubstep but it's definitely been influenced by that end of things.

You're being thick I'm afraid :(
Right-click > open in new tab (or new window) should give you a page with both parts of the mix, tracklisted and linked to .mp3s

i started a new thread in computers and everything. i have achieved a multi thread cross forum fail :(

thanks.
