In 14 weeks' time I want perfect skin. What do I need to do?

For body skin, I recommend Dead Sea scrub once a week - there's a frankincense-oil scented one that is lush, and leaves a moisturising sheen that settles in quickly. I used it in the run-up to my wedding and it prevented blotchy/spotty decolletage that I sometimes get and helped me look nice while being totally pale and untanned as I intended!

You can buy the scrub at most Boots.

Personally, as it sounds like you've got pretty good skin anyway, I wouldn't rock the boat by trying anything radical.

this is what I think - if your skin is ok now then don't change anything! That's what skin reacts to ime - when I moved south I broke out all over because of the diffrent water.

Maybe have a facial but leave enough time for any spots to clear.

Perhaps try and find a moisturiser that works for you - I feel like my face is shrinking if I don't moisturise after washing but if yours doesn't then maybe you're ok.

i'd cut out the crap shite in my diet - ie, chips, junk, fizzy drinks, milk, diary products.

drink at least 3 litres of water a day.

you need to wash, cleanse and tone yer face too.

and in the evenings, a glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon.

eat at least 10 portions of fruit and veg.

take supplements - vitamin E/C and Zinc.

sauna/steam for once-twice a week.

failing that, a mudmask and a facial will do.

and finally, if you smoke or drink - stop!
that shit dries out the skin and kills yer looks.

bollocks. I smoke like a beagle and drink like a russian sailor and i look GGGGREAT :)

basically, all it comes down to is eating a good diet, not fatty shit like most brits eat and drinking a decent amount of liquid. you know when you ain't as your skin feels dry. I don't think you need to drink 3 litres of water, that's weird, just enough so you ain't dehydrated.
also noone eats TEN portions of fruit a day. Maybe monkeys and elephants do but they've got shit skin so i wouldn't take their word for it.
strangely, i've noticed if you have a spoon of marmite in hot water once a day it works wonders for yer skin etc.
basically some folks are just lucky (me) and some look like freddie kruger (nae luck)

Two weeks after my facial, my skin was absolutely lovely and spot-free for a week. I can't remember the last time that happened. So I'm deffo going for the same thing 2 weeks before the big day.

However, if you are to use anything new, use No7 Protect and Perfect serum - the stuff people rioted over. It's lovely. Makes me look less like I have been hanging from the rafters downing tequila all night and more wholesome and fresh. Like a milkmaid.

I second that - protect and perfect is the bee's knees and I have definitely noticed a change for the better since I started using it. I just use the serum so not sure what the other products are like.

I've found being 12+ weeks pregnant has helped my skin be really nice. But that's maybe not for everyone. ;)

Bathe in the blood of 100 virgins.

Virgins being scarse, I settle for some fish oil supplements, vitamin E, lots of fruits and veggies and a bit of exercise.

And stay away from simple sugars. They're one cause of brown spots.

Your skin WILL be transformed in 12 weeks if you start drinking lots of water, eating lots of green vegetables, STOP eating dairy products, no smoking, no alcohol, no junk food and that includes fizzy drinks.

You will have lovely skin, and you will also feel very mellow without all the artificial stimulants.

I eat mainly raw food and only drink water. I am a almost a different person from the one who used to eat junk and smoke and drink.

Lots of exercise too, if you really really want to look and feel fabulous.

All the anxiety will disappear too.

You know you're worth it

buyyourself some clivers(you can get it dried off t'interweb) soak a handful of it overnight in a jug of cold water and drink it during the day. its fantastic for your skin and your lymphatic system
i have been dooing it for a couple of days and i am already inmpressed with how its is helping my infamous dreadful skin :)
(i hope i never meet any of you because you will all be inspecting my skin:o)
