What is wrong with cake for breakfast? Jam or marmalade on toast or croissants is fairly standard. Also one alternative is cereal but majority of the cereals that are aimed at children contain all sorts of sweet and sugary items. I suppose young children need to get their blood sugar up in the morning as they will burn it off fairly quickly. It is a pity if they go too far and lose their teeth and get obese though. Just this once will be alright though.

I had a chocolate bar for breakfast today, followed by a bag of Cheezies. It seemed the right thing to go with my Southern Comfort induced hangover.

Oh i dont know..this morning my son had cereal, toast, yoghurt and he was still hungry so raided the fridge and had cheesecake and choc biscuits too!..thats more than i can eat in a day! pig!

My Beloved got me a lovely racing car cake (don't think they do a Land Rover one LOL) part of which I ate for brekkie after my birthday.
