I'm moving to Herne Hill!

Heh heh. :)

Pretty damn sure.

Shame on you for trying to draw a newbie into the flames.

Sorry :o

an a very observant newbie at that ;)

It won't be long 'til you're a fully-fledged member of the debate on whether the real Brixton is SW2 or SW9. :p Naturally the Herne Hillites have to get involved as they're not too sure where they live

I'm not sure - my postcode is SE24 but my address says Tulse Hill...I'm less than 5 mins walk to the Herne Hill side of Brockwell Park/

Where do I live?

I live on Wyatt Park Road, near the Mediterranean food store, which is pretty definitely Streatham Hill. In my little fantasy world (I'm originally from Huddersfield so I couldn't possible KNOW), SW2 and SW9 can both be Brixton. On especially delusional days, I would venture that the Elm Park Tavern is in Brixton. But I'm seeking help.

Will you miss the Med food store and bakery?

SW2 is most definitely Brixton. It was established way way way back on here by reputable persons.

Elm Park Tavern is SW2 and Elm Park runs off Brixton Hill. It also shares its postcode with me and I live in Brixton.

End of :p

Yeah, I will probably miss the area, generally. I like Streatham Hill, and Wyatt Park Road's a nice street. My journey to work's going to be a piece of piss from Herne Hill, though, and this new gaff is cheapcore.

Well those are important considerations, and of course, you've obviously gone upmarket ;)

I'm gonna miss Streatham too - the common is lovely and Streatham Fruiterers and the other fruit and veg stalls were great. However, I currently live in a tiny flat, the kitchen is the size of a box! My room is fairly big but this new place is really spacious and cheaper too (oh and it's zone 2 - cheaper travelcards)

*high fives CraddingtonBear*

:D
