Guess one way of looking at it is if the Beeb or the Guardian do plaster your images all over, your name would still be attatched to it - no? I'm not arsed about the money, I'd just use it as a spring board to get into photojournalism or such

Tho there's a lot less potential for work as paid photojournalist now everyone with a mobile phone is doing it for free!

I'd like to be war photographer, if I was gonna go into photojournalism. I saw this website that had the kit of a war photographer:

Water bottle
Flack jacket
Helmet
Oaklies
First aid kid
Maglite
Camera and one extra lense

All in all about <£3k of kit.
