Noooo I didnt have a problem with it I was just confused :confused: still am TBH

simply take: a nan bread and drizzle a bit of olive oil over it. add sliced tomato, bit of sliced mozzarella, bit of fresh basil and grill for a few mins til cheese melted

:D I cooked prawn bhuna tonight and had it with rice and bombay potato


i gained a few pounds but it tasted ok

get a good stirfry cookbook! there's so much you can do with stirfry and it's veggie friendly and healthy, good luck! :)

That is deceptively simple. MMM
 
plantain is quite sweet especially when fried at low temp for a long time. but never thought of using it in desserts before
