Ah, the Maestro VDP was the first car in the UK to talk to you. It said, in a hectoring posh woman's voice, to put seat belts on, release handbrake etc, but being as it was built by Austin in the early 80s it didn't work at all and the voice would tell you to shut the doors non-stop while you were driving...same thing went for the Montego saloon car that followed it...

Sounds fantastic, I wish they'd stick that Top Gear bloke inside that and lock the doors, so he'd never get out...
