If a player dives to get a penalty....

i dont think their is a diference

a dive is where you fake a foul, playing for it is when you entice the opposition into fouling you when you know there's little else on, against Fulham ronaldo would have been playing for a penalty if he had dragged his leg whilst jumping over the keeper.

revol, players these days constantly leave a leg trailing to catch out any attempt at a tackle or go down at the slightest of contact from opposing players, then roll around as if they have been shot, it is fucking embarrassing to watch, and at the end of the day it is cheating, plain and simple, if you get the chance take a look at games even as recent as 10 years ago and see the difference in attitude of players then and today, i am a die-hard united supporter. i love the club and used to go to games home and away, even getting my bollox kicked in a few times, the cheating in football today sickens me, even more so from united players, i couldn't bring myself to cheer ronaldos pen today because he dived to win it

I agree with Deareg. That was embarrissing.

After the way Fergie defended him this week, Ronaldo has made him look a right cock. I bet he gave Ronaldo got the bolloking of his life.
