Everyone has a different idea of fun. You think it's fun to sit in a pub and drink. I think that's hell on earth. I think it's fun to go out on a motorbike(albeit not at those speeds or doing stunts)
Like I said earlier I don't condone the guy, he was doing dumb stuff BUT car drivers KILL people and don't get the jail. Double standards I think.
It also seems he was done for more stuff than is in the news report but I'd still put money on a similar car offence getting diddly squat in comparison.

It's more concerned with the elusive 'good' type of anarchy (non-competitive turnip growing while wearing a sack) rather than hedonistic, individualist, please-yourself anarchy.
He must have had lot of previous form to end up jailed.
If he was a ned found guilty of actual assault, his first couple of offences would simply have led to a bit of light park cleaning, possibly followed by a realy stern word with a probation officer + 6 case workers in conference (potentially leading to an outward bound holiday).
Only after all these non-custodial bollocks had been attempted would he have been locked away like he deserved.
Strange that there's no lengthy progression of pointless attempted behavioural modification with motoring offences, just straight to custodial......

Actually as the former owner and rider of a Lambretta I also loved going out on it. The issue is mugs like the jailed one doing what he did. Not those who simply enjoy goind out on bikes.
