what about slush puppies?

I accidentally made a gin & tonic slush puppy a while ago. I bought one of those pre-mixed bottles of gin & tonic, put it in the freezer and forgot about it. The next day it was almost frozen. When I unscrewed the top it started gushing out a bit, but it was the consistency of slush puppies. But gin & tonic. Alcoholic. Excellent!

Here's my caffe freddo recipe:

CAFFE FREDDO
(serves one*).

Make an espresso.
If you take sugar, add sugar (white).
Tip it into a glass full of ice cubes.


*If for two, double the quantities.
