I worry that many on the extreme Left are damaged people full of hate.

I'm still waiting for you to return to your orignal thread Greebozz, which you've clearly abandoned in favour of this one, where you can just be equally abusive, instead of engage in a debate.

Shall I just pretend I'm invisible?

Munkeeunite sorry about the other thread but I find it to hard to discuss economic theory, it is just not something I am thinking about at the moment, I am more interested in world bank economics and how to spread the wealth to the third world. Also to be fair it is bit of a drift from the original topic.

PS I wrote this before reading your about post. It is very hard to discuss economics on a message forum. I would be glad to discuss it down the pub.

Thanks, but I'm not buying it. If you admit to not understanding the economic criticisms of new labour, then you realy are in no position to call those criticisms 'horseshit'.

This forum is filled with people on al sides of the political spectrum who masquerade as understanding the economic issues, but when pressed to debate them do not have any comprehenson.

My economic analysis of new labour may be easy for you to relegate to drift, but is perfectly in keeping with an accurate, analytical description of why new labour are not inherently on a different path to the Tories.

The left, the right, the centre are all in as poor a state as each other reagrding economic comprehension from my perspective, and it's clear to me that what is most commonly played on the threads like is a game where everyone simultaneously abuses each other while simultaneously and bizarrely trying to play the innocent.

I'll leave you all to continue your game of abuse and counter abuse.

The left is dead as an economic force capable of analysing and then changing the economy.

and so are it's critics.

Munkeeunit, forgive me for saying this old chum, but are you some sort of secret weapon that comes in and kill threads by boring people to death with average economic gobbledygook. I take my hat off to you, it is devastatingly effective, I have almost lost the will to live after reading your last post.

Abuse over substance Greebozz. You are no different to the left.

I am making the charge that you are hijacking this thread like you did my last one. With respect start your own topic.

I grew up under Thacher I even remember when she took our free school milk away. I don't need to be educated on economic theoy to know there is a difference between Tory and Labour.

As I said discussing economics is very boring and difficult on a web forum.

More abuse over substance. There's nothing difficult about discussing economics on a forum. It's a conversation like any other.

I think your brain has short circuited and keeps repeating "abuse over substance, abuse over substance" in some sort of loop.

Greebozz. You're flailing around. I agree with you that the left are often 'abusive before substance'. I also think you have proven beyond doubt that you are no different.

No, because I am trying sound a wake up call for people remember who the real enemy is, and anti labour propaganda is helping the Tories unwittingly . All my criticism of the Extreme Left is tough love, not cheep sniping or abuse

No, you are ignoring the reasoned and well spelt out economic, and other criticisms. I'm sorry Greebozz, but your position is untenable, you have reeled off several abuse replies to add to your abusive opening piece.

Hypocrisy is a shameful thing.

munkeeunit, your idea of economic discussion is like Vogon poetry. I don't think I could take another go dose of you waxing on with rather average observations, I fear I might lose to will to live.

I bored of this now.

I'm clearly not going to get an adult debate.

Just low quality hypocrisy.

All the best.

Munkeeunit.

I just am resigned to the fact that when this revolution to bring forth the anarchist/socialist utopia comes that I will be among those against the wall, as the new order will make any excuse to group me among the "middle class liberal wankers"

At least I will be in the majority for once.

I don't think so. There may be some. But what I have found is that those on the Left have higher ideals than the rest. Ideals concerning their fellow man. What worries me are those who don't have these ideals and either use the system to exploit others or give up the fight to improve the world and implicitly consent to this exploitation - i.e. the Right.

If we do get you up against the wall, it'll only be for the laugh of calling the bluff of your worn-out predictable prejudices, regarding what Socialism/Anarchism is. Chances are, after freaking you out momentarily we'd buy you ice-cream. :p

(Although I have to admit there are some with their little black books who'd have to be kept in line.)

PS: The middle classes are not the majority by definition, they are a relatively thin seam of working classes with higher incomes, but then again, everyone in this country is now middle class compared to your average $2 a day income in much of the world.

Do we give them 100's and 1000's on their 99'ers though?

No flakes

No 100's and 1,000's

No Chocolate or strawberry syrup.

Just good clean socialist ice cream in an anarchist leaning cone.

And where did I pick up those "worn-out predicatable prejudices", I wonder? None other than from reading commenters on Indymedia, and that bastion of the anarchist vanguard, libcom.org*.
Most anarchists (and even Trotskyists!) I have met face to face are acually quite sound people with quite sound ideas. However they are not really true anachists/socialists, they are actually "middle class morons who have their lifestyles subsided by mummy and daddy so they can play politics" :p

*Oh, and a certain section of a another obscure message board.:p :D

Up against the wall with you. ;)

(If you continue with this we will be forced to offer to those 100's and 1,000's to buy your silence.)
