I heard this evening that a house was burgled in Blenheim Gardens this morning. The police were out there with dogs at 10.00am. Funnily enough, I heard the helicopter a little after that.

Either on Brixton Hill for something completely different or it was more than a burglary

They were plainclothes ones as well, which might explain why half the street didn't bother opening their doors to them

That's what I was thinking.

That's a lot bloody quicker than normal!

I waited about two hours when I reported a girl getting kidnapped and bundled into a car against her will. I tried to stop it happening myself but got pushed off shamefully easily...

I worked at the probation centre on Stockwell Rd as a temp job years back, and when a big fight broke out in the reception area, the cozzers turned up three days later asking who was involved.

Then again it's not like they aren't kept busy in Bricky.
