After making the jam at about 5pm but I needed to take my daughter out for a a stroll then anyway.
Plus it was a little shop, it would have been a major trek to a shop that sold something as specific as jam sugar. Plus plus I didn't want to spend any money on my jam project.

Holy fuck the no recipe tart (I can't call it a cheesecake now) is looking awesome. Just doing the last bit in the oven now, should be only 20 minutes I reckon.

I really don't know how it happened but this was about the tastiest thing I have ever had for pudding. I can't believe it's just sugar eggs flour butter and berries. I took it to a barbecue yesterday (not knowing if it was going to be vile or delicious) but I'm glad I did or nobody would have ever believed this magical creation ever existed. Now I just need to remember what I did and do it again some day.

This was the pie at the barbecue. The other thing is a meringue with some cream and berries in it. I didn't make it, my hosts did.

Egg yolks, milk and sugar - with perhaps some flour as an additional thickening agent.
