errr... RAID comes in different varieties. I'm talking aboutu the RAID for crawling insects which kills cockroaches. It works on everything i've tried it on, including slugs and spiders and moths and aphids...

do you know what the long term effects on humans is?

cos ive just googled the toxicity of permethrin on mammals and it sounds like nasty stuff (cancer,matagen,disruption of hormones, reproduction..)

didn't expect it to be safe, been as it's one of the few things that can kill roaches, and they die in seconds infront of your eyes.

I was driving a hire car years ago, and I looked down at my lap, and it was covered in yellow little things like pollen. And I thought, "funny I don't think I was near any plants recently". Then I realised that the pollen was moving. And spinning webs, and a next of spiders had hatched in the car and were crawling over me. I pulled over and leapt out of the car swatting them off me. But for the rest of the car journey, if I ever got an itchy ball it put me into a cold sweat.
